FAST FACTS
1. Encore’s school board meets the last Thursday of every month at 6:00 p.m. This governing body oversees operations of the school. President Dean Brown, members Ian Lasky and Karrie Burke, and Teacher Representative Tom Steed.
2. Parents have the opportunity to meet with teachers on the last Thursday of every month to discuss student progress. Teachers are available from 3:00 - 5:00 every month at this time. Please refer to the Master Calendar for dates.
3. A master event calendar with basic rehearsal schedules is printed in the student handbook. All of the rules, regulations, and policies regarding academic probation and other School policies are in this handbook.
4. An independent study contract and completion of absent day work is a helpful requirement for every student on campus. When a student is absent for any reason, it is important to participate in the absent day assignments. Please see Mari Miller or Fred Franke for more information.

-Enrollment packets are available at the Admissions Office. It is recommended parents and students attend our School Tour for all the info! Tours are most Wednesdays at 5:00 pm promptly. Meet at the Admissions Office. Tours take approx. 1 1/2 hours and are fun and informative. We’ll see you here!
