You will see a Welcome to Aeries screen (as shown below):

Click on Create New Account and select the account Type: (Parent or Student) then click Next. You can use the same verification information for both student and parent accounts.


Enter your e-mail address (twice) and password (twice). You will use this password to access your account.

Please allow up to 48 hours to receive the return e-mail.

Go to your Email INBOX (check your SPAM and/or JUNK folders) and open the e-mail message from AeriesSIS@encorehighschool.com, next click on "Confirm Current Email Address".

You will then sign in and you will see the box below:



If you do not have the verification code, please either visit the front office, or send your child to the front office and have them ask for the parent portal information.

Enter your Students Permanent ID number, Home Telephone number (10 digit example 7605555555) and the 10 Character Verification Code provided by Encore. (Not the 20 character verification code from the confirmation e-mail)

The next screen will ask you to select your name from the contacts listed. This step connects your e-mail address to the right person in our emergency records.
