Student Incentives


Encore believes in showing a system of ongoing supports for the students that attend. Throughout the year and culminating into a spectacular senior swag event at graduation, students have a chance to earn great rewards.

  • cumulative GPLettermen -

  • MINI RED - In junior high, students can earn junior high letters for grade point average and great attendance

  • MINI BLACK - In junior high, students can earn junior high letters for participation for a full year in junior high teams OR being a part of the junior high production

  • MINI WHITE - In junior high, student can earn junior high letters for being a part of conservatory level arts classes.

  • LARGE RED - High school students earn red letters for grade point and great attendance

  • LARGE BLACK - High school students earn black letters for high school teams and production

  • LARGE WHITE - High school students earn white letters for having more than two conservatory level classes in a school year.

  • Renaissance -

  • Half way through the year, students earning Honors, High Honors, or Dean's Honors are given awards and special events.

  • Awesome Tags -

  • When students are caught doing something good, they get "Awesome Tags." Awesome tags are redeemable to buy things from the student store.

  • Graduating Masters -

  • Students complete senior projects in their CTE conservatory programs to graduate with Masters distinctions

  • Valedictorian -

  • Students earning the highest cumulative GPA with the highest number of academic credits will be named Valedictorian

  • Salutatorian -

  • Students earning the second highest cumulative GPA with the highest number of academic credits will be named Salutatorian
